Dorm Room Workout

Sometimes we don’t have the time to go work out at the gym. On days like that, remember that you can do so many other workouts that don’t necessarily include using weights or running. This workout is great for working your full body, and it’s laid out with directions and examples of how to do each exercise. Try it out! It only takes 20 minutes out of your day, and it’s worth it! 😊
